What's new?
We are again looking to appoint a new Network Engineer to our team - finding good engineers is proving to be extremely difficult at the moment - if you know of anyone that may be interested please let Gary Botley, our GM, know (9474 7308).
Currently our WA Engineering team consists of the following members, I am sure at some point you will have worked with most of the team. We also have a point of presence in each capital city and WA Regional Centres:

We lost part of the roof to our office in the massive storms before Easter. Due to our Business Continuity Planning we were fully operational by 10am the following morning, although a major part of the office space was flooded and without power! It will take quite some time before everything is repaired and back to normal again. If you come to our offices in the next couple of months please excuse the holes in the ceiling!
Henry Buttsworth has joined our team as an Account Manager and will be working closely with our customers to ensure their IT and Telephony requirements are met in both a timely and professional manner.

Customer Satisfaction
At Datamerge we continue to take customer satisfaction very seriously and are constantly looking at ways to improve the level of service we provide to our customers.
The results of our most recent survey show that our customers are highly satisfied with the service we provide. 84% of respondents said they were satisifed.

Natasha Minns is our Office Administrator (Purchasing) and started with Datamerge in January 2010.
Natasha is in charge of all stock coming in and out of the office including any loan equipment and is the first point of contact when visiting Datamerge. Natasha is friendly and outgoing and is handy to have at our company meetings as she makes the best triple chocolate mud muffins.
